Intense air preheating about 100-200°C below furnace temperature.
Maximum furnace temperature: 1000°C (1300°C special design)
Air excess: min 10% (below 800°C) min 5% (above 800°C)
Regenerated waste gases: about 80% of total POC (products of combustion)
Working mode:

• From ambient temp-up to 1000°C à → regenerative air preheating (100% hot air)

In case of special design (up to 1300°C of process temperature):

• From ambient temperature to 750°C à → cold air operation
• Above 750°C à → regenerative air preheating (100% hot air)

Combustion  mode:

• Low NOx flame below 800 °C
• Flameless for ultra-low NOx (only above 800°C)
