  • Z : bridge translation
  • X : trolley translation
  • Y : hoist movement

The loader has usually a semi-gantry layout and it runs on railways in order to cover the automatic area. This machine is different to a main crane for the following reasons:

  • The machine is automated and controlled by CNC and under the supervision of a special software developed by Pomini Tenova: Win Loader
  • The loader axes are controlled by absolute encoders. In this way it is possible to reach a very high accuracy without any type of adjustment during the loading of the rolls. The setting of zero position is easy and quick
  • The steel structures and mechanisms are designed and manufactured according to the heavy duty conditions in which the loader will be employed. The classification of both structures and mechanisms, which is made according to the most restrictive standards, is based on the foreseen life and the use of the considered item and the load spectrum.
