Tenova Quadrant Shiploaders are suitable to operate on a wide range of vessels size and to handle from very free flow bulk material to complex very abrasive or sticky products.
Overview
Tenova Quadrant ship loaders cover a wide-range of flow rates and vessel sizes.
These equipment are specifically designed to client's requirements and incorporate various solutions according to their specific application and existing site conditions, always with focus on environmental impact minimization.
Tenova quadrant shiploaders can be supplied in three different configurations selected depending Clients specific needs: Radial Type (front radial rail and rear pivot), Linear Type (from linear rail and rear revers bogies) or Dual Linear (from linear rail and rear perpendicular and linear rail) and all of them can perform multiple movements: front travelling (radial or linear) with luffing and shuttling booms. In addition, they can be equipped with a variety of different loading chutes such as cascade type, telescopic type or curved type, depending on specific applications, customer special needs and required environmental conditions.
Tenova is specialized in fabricating and fully assembling off site and in shipping to final destination the shiploader in a single unit by Heavy Lift Ship (Lo-Lo) or by Flat Deck Ship or Barge (Ro-Ro).

- Unloading capacity from 500 tph up to 20,000 tph.
- Unloading vessel range from 30,000 DWT up to 400,000 DWT ship.
Overall efficiency (through complete ship loading process): ~95% depending of characteristics of unloaded material.
Reliability: ~98%.
Availability: ~96%.
Rail Radius and Wheel loads based on customers needs: standard value between 60-80 m and 35-60 ton wheel respectively.
Trafo size: from 500 kVA to 2,000 kVA
