TRX Flameless Roof Burners

TRX burners represent the most advanced solution in terms of radiant burners, since they can operate both in flame and flameless modes.

Thanks to coupled gas and air staging, NOx emissions are brought down to 70 mg/Nm³.  As traditional roof burners, they guarantee a high efficiency heat exchange between furnace and charge. Furthermore, in order to uniformly distribute the waste gas, two different types of TRX burners are installed: one with the flame rotating in a clockwise direction and the other in a counter-clockwise direction.
