Castellanza, July 13, 2026Tenova Group, a leading developer and provider of sustainable solutions for the metals and mining industries, today publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report, presenting the progress achieved across its environmental, social and governance priorities while showcasing the contribution its technologies make to the transition toward lower-impact industrial production.

The new consolidated Sustainability Report brings together the activities of the metals (Tenova) and mining (TAKRAF and DELKOR) businesses, providing a comprehensive overview of the Group's sustainability strategy. As industries worldwide accelerate their transition towards lower-impact production, the Report illustrates how Tenova Group combines technological innovation with decades of industrial expertise to help customers reduce emissions, improve energy efficiency, recover valuable resources and enhance safety, while also documenting the Group's ongoing commitment to responsible operations, investment in people and a governance framework that supports sustainable long-term growth.

Among the highlights of the 2025 Report are landmark projects with leading steel producers that advanced decarbonization through Direct Reduced Iron (DRI), Electric Arc Furnaces (EAFs), hydrogen-ready and circular technologies, as well as the selection of TenovaLAB as a European demonstrator for hydrogen-based industrial reheating technologies through the HyTecHeat project. The Report also highlights the Group's strong innovation performance, with five out of seven European and Italian R&D proposals selected for funding and three new projects launched during 2025. Alongside these achievements, Tenova continued investing in people through training, compliance and employee engagement initiatives, and strengthened its governance through an expanded Sustainability Steering Committee and updated corporate governance procedures supporting transparency and responsible supply chain management.

Roberto Pancaldi, CEO of Tenova Group, commented: “Some of the most important things we do cannot be seen. Every day, our technologies help customers reduce emissions, save resources and improve safety, creating benefits that extend well beyond industrial facilities. At the same time, we continue strengthening our own sustainability journey by investing in renewable energy, robust governance and, above all, our people. Sustainability requires long-term vision, collaboration and continuous innovation. This Report reflects the progress we have made together and reinforces our commitment to engineering solutions that create lasting value for future generations”.

Preparing our Sustainability Report is an opportunity to reflect on the progress we have made, assess the effectiveness of our actions and define the next steps in our sustainability journey”, said Sara Secomandi, Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at Tenova. “Measuring, reporting and sharing our results year after year strengthens accountability and helps foster a culture of transparency across the entire Group. Continuous improvement begins with understanding where we are today and where we want to be tomorrow”.
