Career Advisor Online by HR Company is an online career guidance event designed to support students of Politecnico di Milano in preparing for the job market. Through 15-minute one-to-one meetings with one or two HR representatives, students receive personalized feedback on their CVs, advice on content and layout, and take part in mock interview sessions to improve their performance in future recruitment processes.
Rachele Franci and Giorgia Zaghi from Tenova's HR department will engage with students in this online event.
