The Genova Climate Challenge Hackathon is a climate-focused innovation event aimed at developing practical and creative solutions to major environmental issues such as rising temperatures, sea-level increase, biodiversity loss, and sustainable energy use. It takes place on 21–22 March 2026 at the Genova Blue District, in Genoa, Italy. Alongside the competition, a preparatory Academy runs during February and March 2026, offering in-person learning sessions, expert interaction, and multimedia resources to help participants explore the hackathon themes and strengthen their project ideas.
Alessandro Della Rocca, Business Development Manager at Tenova Italimpianti, will participate in the panel “Industry and the environment. Collaboration is better than confrontation” on March 6 during the Academy.
