Designed and developed by siderweb, Made in Steel is the international Conference & Exhibition for the steel industry held from 9 to 11 May 2023 at fieramilano Rho (Milan, Italy). This year marks the 10th edition of the event titled "GENERATIONS, re-imagining our world", where the global challenges involving the steel sector will be central to the discussion, as well as new markets and value chains, new generations in steel and the role of women, thanks to the involvement of over 50 speakers from Italy and Europe.
On May 11, our colleague Franco Amadei, Head of Automation for the Upstream Business Unit, will participate in the roundtable "Technology, steel beyond technè and AI" at the siderweb Arena - Hall 22 from 10:00 to 11:00. The main focus of the discussion is the challenging technological development of the steel industry, which brings along more talking points such as sustainability, safety, and demand-related flexibility and which may be supported by artificial intelligence.
