Since 2006, the Southern African Pyrometallurgy Conference has aimed to structure a program encompassing crucial aspects of the continually evolving and captivating field of sustainable pyrometallurgy. The conference will address a broad spectrum of activities within pyrometallurgy, with contributions from operating plants, universities, research organizations, and engineering companies. The emphasis will be on decarbonization, energy and resource efficiency, and cleaner processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of pyrometallurgical activities.
