Leadership changes at Downstream BU and its LOI Thermprocess Product Line
Tenova announces several organizational changes within its Downstream Business Unit and LOI Thermprocess product line, effective November 1, 2025. These updates represent a natural evolution of our leadership structure as we continue to strengthen the foundations of the Downstream business and prepare for its next phase of development.
As part of this evolution, Fabrizio Pere has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Downstream Business Unit, succeeding Antonio Catalano. Over the past years, Antonio has played a central role in consolidating the BU and guiding it through important stages of growth. He will continue to serve within Tenova, leading the company’s Digital Team. With more than 30 years of international experience in the metals and steel industry, Fabrizio combines deep technical knowledge with a strong track record in innovation and operational excellence.
At LOI Thermprocess GmbH, Dr. Krzysztof Hornig will take on the role of CEO, following Dr. Christian Schrade. Dr. Hornig has extensive expertise in furnace and thermal processing technologies and has been a key driver of digitalization, energy efficiency, and sustainable innovation.
