THSQ Low-NOx Burners for Batch Annealing Furnaces
THSQ burners are specially designed for batch annealing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and other special heat treatment applications.
Overview
THSQ burners are usually installed in batch annealing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and the burner design are customizable for special applications. For reducing NOx emissions, combustion techniques such as air staging and fuel staging are used and, for particular applications, it is possible to use the flameless version for a substantial reduction of NOx emissions. The metallic head and flame tube determine a turbulent flue gases exit to obtain a strong recirculation inside the furnace chamber. The burner can be controlled both in proportional and in on-off mode. Electrode and UV sensor are respectively used for direct ignition and flame detection of the burner.
