THS High Turbulence Tight Flame Burners

THS burners are specifically designed for heat treatment furnaces for pipes, roller hearth furnaces for thin slabs, walking beam and pusher furnaces as screen burners. The partial premixed combustion inside the refractory baffle determines a high-speed flame brush promoting a strong recirculation of waste gases inside the furnace. More than 25 times the volume of flue gases produced is recirculated by its highly turbulent flame. Furthermore, the THS burner features excellent flame stability and tightness even with cold air, in cold furnace conditions and at variable air excess ratios.
